Terms and Conditions
AntikBar Limited offers an online bidding service for bidders that register on this bidding platform. In completing the bidder registration and providing your credit card details, and unless alternative arrangements are agreed with AntikBar Limited, you agree to the following:
- you authorise AntikBar Limited, if they so wish, to charge the credit card given in part or full payment, including all fees, for items successfully purchased in the auction; and
- you confirm that you are authorised to provide these credit card details to AntikBar Limited and agree that AntikBar Limited are entitled to ship the goods to the card holder name and card holder address provided in fulfilment of the sale.
Buyer’s premium
Any lots purchased are subject to a 20% buyer’s premium at the rate imposed on the hammer price.
Sales
All sales are final, items are as described. Please send us requests for more information if needed. We will provide you quotes for worldwide shipping; no returns; the buyer is responsible for customs clearance and payment of customs fees. Ownership of goods passes to the buyer once the items are picked up by a shipper or taken in by the Post Office; we do not assume responsibility for goods in transit.
Payment
Payment is required within 4 days after the auction. Payment in Pounds (GBP) is possible on collection in London. The auctioneer reserves the right to sell the lots for which the payment was not completed.
Selling
We accept original vintage posters for sale in our auctions. Our seller’s commission is 10% on sold items only and there are no other fees.
